Blackline reserves the right to request additional documentation and to conduct independent bank-to-bank and SWIFT verification prior to any contract issuance.

8. Compliance, Sanctions & Anti-Corruption Certification

The undersigned, on behalf of the Applicant, certifies to the best of its knowledge and belief that:

  1. Neither the Applicant, nor any of its directors, officers, or beneficial owners, is a person or entity identified on any sanctions list maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, the European Union, or any other applicable governmental authority;
  2. The Applicant is not incorporated in, and does not conduct business through, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. or international sanctions;
  3. All funds to be used in connection with any transaction with Blackline Global Trading are derived from lawful sources and the Applicant complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations;
  4. The Applicant has not offered, promised, or given, and will not offer, promise, or give, anything of value to any government official or other person in violation of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act or any other applicable anti-corruption law;
  5. The Applicant consents to Blackline Global Trading conducting independent due diligence, including verification of banking, corporate, and trade reference information provided herein.
